Plumber.email provides hosted email addresses on @plumber.emailfor individual plumbers. You are responsible for the messages sent from your mailbox and for keeping your password secure.
You may not use the service for spam, phishing, malware, harassment, illegal activity, deceptive impersonation, bulk purchased lists, or anything that damages mail deliverability for other customers.
We collect the information needed to provide the service: your signup email, selected mailbox address, billing identifiers, setup status, and support messages. Payment details are handled by Stripe. Mailbox hosting is provided by OpenSRS/Tucows.
We do not sell customer data. We may review account metadata, delivery errors, and support information to operate the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot customer issues.
Paid accounts can cancel before renewal through the billing portal in the dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewal. Refunds are handled case by case for accidental duplicate purchases or service failures.
Abuse reports should go to abuse@plumber.email. We may suspend or terminate mailboxes involved in spam, phishing, malware, platform abuse, or repeated deliverability damage.
